Kruiningen-Yerseke er en jernbanestation på jernbanelinjen Roosendaal - Vlissingen, også kendt som "Zeeuwse Lijn". Stationen blev åbnet den 1. juli 1868 og ligger i udkanten af et industriområde mellem landsbyerne Kruiningen og Yerseke, som begge tilhører kommunen Reimerswaal.
Stationsbygningen blev bygget efter standarddesignet SS femte klasse. En overkørsel forbinder ø-perronen med stationsbygningen, der ligger syd for sporene, en cykelparkering og en busstopstation. Der er også en stor parkeringsplads til stede. Siden 2006 har venteværelset og toiletterne ikke længere været tilgængelige for rejsende. Stationsbygningen er indrettet af TenneT som informationscenter for den nye højspændingslinje mellem Borssele og Rilland.
