Berkel-Enschot er en landsby i den hollandske provins Noord-Brabant. Fra 1811 til 1996 var det en selvstændig kommune, siden 1997 har det været en del af kommunen Tilburg. Kommunen havde i 1996 10.596 indbyggere og havde et areal på 19,82 km². Hovedbyen i kommunen var Berkel-Enschot. Berkel og Enschot var to nærliggende og senere sammenvoksede landbrugslandsbyer, der sammen med Heukelom dannede en kommune. Kommunen blev opdelt pr. 1. januar 1997, hvorefter Berkel-Enschot blev en del af kommunen Tilburg og Heukelom blev en del af kommunen Oisterwijk.
