Kamp Ybenheer er et tidligere arbejdslejr beliggende ved Veenweg i Fochteloo, i den friesiske kommune Ooststellingwerf. Kamp Ybenheer, der ligger på den vestlige side af Fochteloërveen, blev bygget som led i beskæftigelsesprogrammet. I foråret 1941 blev lejren færdig. De arbejdsløse mænd skulle opdyrke landet og høste kartofler. Den 1. maj 1942 kom der en slutning på dette.
