Prosphorion Havnen var en havn i byen Konstantinopel, aktiv fra den tid, hvor byen stadig var den græske koloni Byzantium, indtil dagen før det første årtusinde. Gradvis udvidet var det den første havn, der blev bygget i området af det fremtidige Konstantinopel.
Havnen lå på den sydlige kyst af Det Gyldne Horn, øst for dagens Galata-bro, i den femte region af Konstantinopel, hvor havnmurene lavede et dybt hak, i overensstemmelse med den byzantinske port Eugenius og strakte sig successivt mod vest og optog til sidst den første indløb efter estuariet. Indløbet, hvor bassin engang lå, er nu fyldt op, og svarer i dag til den østlige del af Sirkeci jernbanestationens område, syd for det osmanniske Sepetçiler köşkü. Administrativt tilhører stedet Mahalleen Hoca Paşa i Eminönü, som er en del af Fatih-distriktet i Istanbul.
