Die Sint-Bartholomeus Kirche ist die wichtigste Pfarrkirche in der wallonischen Stadt Mouscron, gelegen am Grote Markt.
Im Jahr 1149 wurde zum ersten Mal von einer Kirche an diesem Ort gesprochen, deren Patronatsrecht beim St.-Peters-Kapitel zu Lille lag.
