Die Geschichte des Drongengoedhoeve reicht bis ins Jahr 1242 zurück. Das heutige Hauptgebäude stammt aus dem Jahr 1746. Das Kloster Drongen nutzte den Hof als Ausgangsbasis für ein florierendes Forstwirtschaftsunternehmen. Im Hof befindet sich heute ein Landschaftsinformationszentrum, in dem die Geschichte der Region erzählt wird. Auf dem Gelände kann man ebenfalls die Hochstammobstgärten und einen Kräutergarten besuchen. Direkt neben dem Hof liegt auch ein wunderschön gestalteter Spielbereich.
