Das Team von Laurent Ney erhielt den Auftrag, eine Brücke über die Ourthe in der Gemeinde Tilff in Lüttich zu bauen. Auf der einen Seite liegen das Dorfzentrum und die Autobahn E25, auf der anderen Seite befinden sich Einrichtungen wie das Krankenhaus, die Universität und das Einkaufszentrum. Das Büro entschied sich, zwei Brücken mit einer Höhe von 136 Metern übereinander zu bauen. Die obere ist für den Autoverkehr gedacht. Sie bietet Schutz für den Fahrradverkehr, der sich eine Etage tiefer auf die andere Seite begibt.
