Diets-Heur ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Limburg und ein Stadtteil von Tongeren. Der Stadtteil hat eine Fläche von 3,96 km² und zählte 362 Einwohner im Jahr 2017. Diets-Heur wurde erstmals 1258 als Eure erwähnt, auch bekannt als: Ora Teutonica. Die Bedeutung von Eure ist unbekannt, das Präfix Diets bezieht sich auf: eine germanische Sprache, die heute Niederländisch ist, im Gegensatz zu dem 15 km weiter gelegenen Heure-le-Romain, in der Gemeinde Oupeye, wo eine romanische Sprache, heute Französisch, gesprochen wird.
