Im Bereich Tourismus ist Kasterlee eine große Attraktion der Provinz Antwerpen. Beliebt sind beispielsweise das Erholungsgebiet Kabouterberg (in den hügeligen Sanddünen des Naturgebiets De Hoge Mouw), der Freizeitpark Bobbejaanland und das Erholungsgebiet sowie Naturgebiet De Hoge Rielen. Kasterlee verfügt über 8 Hotels sowie verschiedene Campingplätze und Bivak-, Camping- und Trekkerhäuser. Kasterlee hat ein sehr lebendiges Dorfzentrum mit verschiedenen Cafés und Restaurants. Außerdem gibt es ein Wander-, Fahrrad-, Mountainbike- und Reitnetzwerk. Kanufahren und Kajakfahren, Minigolf und andere Freizeitaktivitäten sind bis weit in die Umgebung bekannt.
