Das Schloss Bouchout ist ein Schloss, das in der belgischen Gemeinde Meise gelegen ist. Es ist ein befestigtes Schloss, dessen Ursprung bis ins 12. Jahrhundert zurückreicht. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich heutzutage die Botanische Garten Meise. Das Gebiet von Bouchout spielte in der ersten Hälfte des zwölften Jahrhunderts eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entstehung des Herzogtums Brabant. Das Gebiet befand sich in einer äußerst strategischen Position zwischen der Grafschaft Flandern und den Herren von Grimbergen, der Familie Berthout. Das Gebiet war damals moorig, mit Buchen bewachsen und bekannt als Boc-Holt, wovon möglicherweise der Name Bouchout abgeleitet ist.
