Virginal-Samme ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Wallonisch-Brabant und ein Stadtteil von Itter. Die Ostgrenze des Stadtteils wird von der Senette gebildet.
Am Ende des Ancien Régime wurden die Dörfer Virginal und Samme beide zu einer Gemeinde. Diese Gemeinden wurden bereits 1808 aufgehoben und zu Virginal-Samme zusammengeschlossen.
