"Das im Jahre 1888 erbaute Fort von Lantin gehörte zum befestigten Verteidigungsgürtel Lüttichs von 1914 und ist einer der bedeutendsten Zeitzeugen der Militärarchitektur des ausgehenden 19. Jahrhunderts. Bei seinem Rundgang (1 Std.10) mit Audioguides auf Deutsch wird dem Besucher anhand von szenischen Vorführungen ein anschauliches Bild des Garnisonslebens während des Beschusses des Forts im August 1914 vermittelt.
