Diese Karriere, die 2002 stillgelegt wurde (Projekt zur Wiederaufnahme der Gewinnung), besteht aus einer über 400 m langen Grabung und einem ausgedehnten Haldenbereich, der von einer Erschließung mit Rumex scutatus und Sedum album kolonisiert ist. Die wenigen temporären Teiche und Pfützen am Boden der Grabung sind für Amphibien (Alytes obstetricans) von Interesse. Die trockenen Bereiche der Stätte beherbergen den Mauergecko.
