Oude Weerd ist ein anerkanntes Naturschutzgebiet in der belgischen Teilgemeinde Rekem. Das Gebiet ist 29,7 Hektar groß und umfasst Wiesen, Tümpel, Waldränder, Strauchwerk und feuchte Wiesen. Das Gebiet wird von der Natuurpuntafdeling Lanaken verwaltet.
Oude Weerd ist das ganze Jahr über über Wanderwege zugänglich und besteht aus fünf Mosaiken, von denen jedes einen eigenen Bewirtschaftungsplan hat. Es liegt an den Ufern des Ziepbeek, in unmittelbarer Nähe von Oud-Rekem.
