Die Kapelle Unserer Lieben Frau von Sieben Schmerzen ist eine einschiffige Backsteinkapelle im Barockstil, gelegen an der Poeldendries in Landegem.
Die Kapelle ist aus Backstein und Sandstein auf einem Fensterbank aus blauem Stein errichtet und wird von einem Satteldach mit Schiefer gedeckt. Die Vorderseite besteht aus einem Giebel mit einem geschwungenen Fronton, auf dem ein schmiedeeisernes Kreuz steht. Der Eingang besteht aus zwei Holztüren mit Gitterwerk und einem rundbogigen Oberlicht. Die Tür hat einen sandsteinernen Rahmen. In den Seitenwänden befindet sich ein rundes Fenster. Der Chor hat einen dreiseitigen Abschluss. Das Innere ist verputzt und auf dem Altar steht eine Pietà.
