Links erkennt man zwischen den Bäumen noch das Goed Ter Looveren, ein Rodungsbauernhof aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Tatsächlich besteht es aus 2 Teilen: einem „Gut“, das in den folgenden Jahrhunderten noch als Gefängnis diente, aber auch als „Haus des Vergnügens“ und schließlich als kleines Schloss. Außerdem gibt es einen Hof, dessen Torbau aus dem Jahr 1636 stammt. Die Hofgebäude sind charakteristisch für den Bauernhausbau des 19. Jahrhunderts.
