Diese Fahrradroute führt dich entlang des ehemaligen Verlaufs von gleich 3 verschwundenen und 1 noch bestehenden Eisenbahnlinie. Beginnen tust du am Bahnhof von Sint-Niklaas, von wo aus du der Strecke der Eisenbahnlinie 54 folgst, die früher von Mechelen nach Terneuzen führte. In Sint-Gillis-Waas steigst du dann auf die Eisenbahnlinie 77 um, die früher bis nach Zelzate verlief. In Moerbeke wird dann eine Kurve genommen, um auf die Eisenbahnlinie 77A zu gelangen, die früher Züge zwischen Moerbeke und Lokeren verkehrte. In Lokeren kommst du dann auf den Radweg entlang der immer noch stark genutzten Eisenbahnlinie 59, um so zurück zum Bahnhof von Sint-Niklaas zu fahren. Viel Spaß!
