Dank des Gooikser Landwegweisers „Den Houteman“ kannst du beim Wandern Landwirtschaft, Umwelt, Landschaft, lokale Geschichte und Dorfkultur kennenlernen… Informationen findest du in diesem Heftchen und auf den Hinweistafeln, die entlang der Strecke stehen. Das Heftchen ist für 12- bis 14-Jährige gedacht. Aber auch andere Wanderer können darin interessante Entdeckungen auf ihrem Erkundungsgang durch dieses grüne Stück Gooik machen. Zum Heftchen gehört auch ein Bündel mit verschiedenen spannenden Aufgaben und Spielen. Diese Wanderung von etwa 4,5 km führt hauptsächlich über langsame Wege.
