Erkunden Sie das schöne Leiemeersen-Gebiet zwischen dem Ringvaart-Kanal und den Dörfern Drongen und Afsnee. Das Naturschutzgebiet Assels ist ein wichtiges Wiesenvogelgebiet entlang einiger alter Bauernhöfe, wie z.B. 't Goed der Kaeksmede. Wandern Sie entlang des Piereput weiter über die Fähre von Afsnee und entlang des Leiedijk.
