Hinweis: Aufgrund von Straßenarbeiten gab es im Oktober 2019 kurz vor der Brücke unter der E40 eine Umleitung über KP 98 nach KP 91.
- An KP 91 Richtung KP 34 und ab hier den Schildern 'LF6 Vlaanderen Fietsroute' bis ins Dorfzentrum
von Velm folgen und von dort über die Zuwegroute zurück zum Hotel.
