Der Bremecker Hammer ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Hammerwerk in Lüdenscheid, Nordrhein-Westfalen, das heute ein Museum zur Geschichte des Schmiedehandwerks beherbergt.
Der am Oberlauf der Verse bei Lüdenscheid-Brüninghausen liegende Hammer ist ein anschaulicher Zeuge der eisengewerblichen Tätigkeit aus vor- und frühindustrieller Zeit. Er ist ab dem Jahr 1753 nachweisbar und erhielt seine heutige bauliche Form um 1880. 1972 wurde der Hammer zunächst stillgelegt, sechs Jahre später jedoch reaktiviert. Um die Anlage betriebsfähig zu erhalten, wurden alle vorhandenen Geräte und Maschinen instand gesetzt. 1980 wurde dann das jetzt so genannte Schmiedemuseum Bremecker Hammer der Stadt Lüdenscheid eröffnet.
