Oldenburg in Holstein ist eine Stadt in Schleswig-Holstein nördlich von Lübeck im Kreis Ostholstein.
Oldenburg liegt zwischen der Hohwachter Bucht im Westen und der Lübecker Bucht im Osten auf der Halbinsel Wagrien, knapp 50 km nördlich von Lübeck unmittelbar nördlich des Oldenburger Grabens. Unweit Oldenburg liegen die Seebäder Weißenhäuser Strand, Heiligenhafen, Grömitz und Neustadt in Holstein.
