Pöhl ist eine Gemeinde im Vogtlandkreis im westlichen Sachsen. Auf dem Gemeindegebiet befindet sich ein großer Teil der Talsperre Pöhl.
Angrenzende Gemeinden sind die Große Kreisstadt Plauen, die Städte Treuen und Elsterberg und die Gemeinden Neuensalz und Limbach im sächsischen Vogtlandkreis sowie die Kreisstadt Greiz in Thüringen. Pöhl ist Teil des Naturraumes Vogtländische Schweiz.
