Die Gemeinde Bad Bertrich besteht aus den Ortsteilen Bad Bertrich mit den Wohnplätzen Marienhöhe und Sonnenhof sowie Kennfus mit dem Wohnplatz Lucienhof. Sie grenzt an die Ortsgemeinden Lutzerath, Kliding, Beuren, Bengel und Hontheim.
