Tastrup ist eine Gemeinde bei Flensburg im Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg in Schleswig-Holstein. Tastrup besteht in der heutigen Form seit 1974, als Teile von Adelby nach Flensburg eingemeindet wurden.
Tastrup liegt direkt am südöstlichen Stadtrand von Flensburg bei Hochfeld und Kattloch. Politisch ist Tastrup in den Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg eingebunden und gehört zur Region Angeln. Westlich verläuft die Eckernförder Landstraße von Flensburg nach Schleswig, nördlich die alte Landstraße von Flensburg über Husby und Sterup nach Kappeln, südlich die alte Straße von Flensburg über Missunde nach Eckernförde mit Anschlüssen ins mittlere Angeln. Der Ortsteil Kleintastrup liegt östlich von Tastrup-Dorf. Etwas weiter südlich von Kleintastrup liegt die kleine Siedlung Tastrupfeld. Sowohl Tastrup-Dorf, sowie Kleintastrup und Tastrupfeld liegen direkt an der Stadtgrenze Flensburgs. Über den Tastruper Weg ist Flensburger Stadtteil Tarup erreichbar. Tastrup liegt zudem nicht weit entfernt von der Ringstraße, der K8, sowie der Osttangente, über welche sämtliche Teile der Stadt, insbesondere auch die Flensburger Innenstadt, schnell erreichbar sind.
