Werdohl [væɐ̯ˈdo:l] ist eine Stadt in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie liegt im Osten des Märkischen Sauerlands und gehört zum Märkischen Kreis.
Werdohl liegt im Sauerland in den Tälern der Lenne und der Verse. Die Lenne bildet im Stadtgebiet zwei Mäanderbögen, so dass sie wie ein großes „W“ aussieht. Sie hat im Stadtgebiet eine Länge von 15 km. Die Länge der Verse liegt in Werdohl bei 7,85 km.
