Die Abtei Maria Laach ist ein Kloster in Glees , das zur Beuroner Kongregation des Benediktinerordens gehört.
Die hochmittelalterliche Klosteranlage ist an der Südwestseite des Laacher Sees gelegen, vier Kilometer nördlich von Mendig in der Eifel, und gehört zur Ortsgemeinde Glees. Sie wurde als Abbatia ad Lacum, lateinisch für „Abtei am See“, später auch Abbatia Lacensis „die zum See/Laach gehörende Abtei“ zwischen 1093 und 1216 als Stiftung Heinrichs II. von Laach und seiner Frau Adelheid erbaut. Ihren heutigen Namen erhielt sie im Jahre 1863.
