Die Abtei Altenberg ist ein ehemaliges Kloster der Zisterzienser im Ortsteil Altenberg der Gemeinde Odenthal im Bergischen Land. Sie liegt im Tal der Dhünn. Das Kloster wurde im Jahr 1133 gegründet und im Jahr 1803 säkularisiert. Bis heute erhalten ist die Klosterkirche, der Altenberger Dom. Seit dem Wiederaufbau der Ruine 1847 durch den preußischen König Friedrich Wilhelm IV. wird die Kirche als evangelische und katholische Pfarrkirche simultan genutzt.
