Die Khadija-Moschee ist eine von der Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat in Berlin-Heinersdorf gebaute Moschee, die von der Frauenorganisation Lajna Imaillah finanziert wurde. Sie ist nach Chadīdscha bint Chuwailid benannt, der ersten Muslimin und ersten Ehefrau des Propheten Mohammed.
Die Moscheegemeinde mit etwa zweihundert Mitgliedern war zuvor in Berlin-Reinickendorf ansässig. Der Imam war bis zum 31. Januar 2014 Abdul Basit Tariq, von der Ahmadiyya „Murrabi“ genannt, der bereits in Reinickendorf tätig war. Seit Februar 2014 ist Said Ahmed Arif Imam der Gemeinde.
