Jägerswald ist eine Siedlung in der Gemarkung Pillmannsgrün, welche zum Ortsteil Kottengrün der Gemeinde Werda im Vogtlandkreis gehört. Die Siedlung Jägerswald wurde als Teil von Pillmannsgrün am 1. Oktober 1938 nach Kottengrün eingemeindet, mit der sie am 1. Januar 1994 zur Gemeinde Werda kam.
Die Siedlung Jägerswald liegt im südlichen Teil des Jägerswalds, nachdem sie benannt ist. Sie bildet den nördlichen Teil der Gemarkung Pillmannsgrün. Jägerswald ist nur über die Staatsstraße 303 von Süden her über die Straße „Zum Jägerswald“ erreichbar. Jägerswald befindet sich im Zentrum des Vogtlandkreises und im sächsischen Teil des historischen Vogtlands. Geografisch liegt die Siedlung im Osten des Naturraums Vogtland .
