Beschreibung: Entspannte und abwechslungsreiche Runde im Geilenkirchener Land, die vorrangig über asphaltierte Wirtschaftswege führt. Selten ist der Belag ruppig, Feldweg-Passagen machen nicht einmal 15 Prozent der Strecke aus. Wir queren etliche stille Dörfer und sind ansonsten meist in ebenfalls stiller Acker- und Wiesenlandschaft unterwegs. Das Profil ist leicht wellig. Die einzige nennenswerte Steigung führt nach KP 63 kurz aus dem Wurmtal hinaus.

Stationen: Geilenkirchen, Grotenrath, Teveren, Gillrath, Hatterath, Tripsrath, Nirm, Würm, Beeck, Apweiler, Immendorf, Prummern, Süggerath, Geilenkirchen

Sehenswert: Bahnhof Selfkantbahn Gillrath, Wurmtal bei Nirm, Historisches Schloss Trips
