Rundtour im Nationalpark Eifel: Aufstieg auf den Bildchesberg bei Heimbach und auf der Höhe weiter nach Kloster Maria Wald. Über den Kermeter hinunter zur Talsperre Schwammenauel und über den Höheweg zurück nach Heimbach.

Die Tour verläuft vorwiegend auf Feld- und Waldwegen, aber auch mal auf schmalen, ausgesetzten Pfaden. Im Nationalpark nutzt sie das markierte Wegenetz, Weitere Infos hierzu auf dem Tourvorschlag der DAV.

Beschilderung:  Durchgehend beschildert , Richtungshinweise unterwegs folgen
Parkplatz:  in Heimbach am NP Tor oder auf Wanderparkplatz an der Rur
Start : Heimbach, hier die Richtungsanzeige Mariawald beachten.
Tipps:  Festes Schuhwerk, Wander-Freizeitkleidung. Nehmen Sie Getränke und evtl. Picknick mit. Einkehrmöglichkeit Abtei Mariawald und Heimbach
Schwierigkeit: mittel, einige Auf-und Abstiege
