AzureZum Gildehaus geht zurück vorbei an einem Steinbruch Spaziergang AM 2. MAI 2017 https://www.monser.de/unternehmen/steinbruch/
Seit dem 11. und 12. Jahrhundert wird in verschiedenen Steinbrüchen Bentheimer Gold abgebaut. In der Blütezeit gab es hier mehr als 20 Steinbrüche, heute sind zwei weitere in Betrieb, die Sie besichtigen können. Im Gildehaus und auf der Freilichtbühne in Bad Bentheim wird der beigefarbene Sandstein noch ausgehoben.
