Der Grejsfluss ist ein etwa 22 Kilometer langer Fluss in der Gemeinde Vejle in Dänemark. Seine Quelle ist der Fårup See, südlich des Dorfes Jelling. Er beginnt, indem er nach Osten durch ein Kerbtal fließt, dann nach Süden abbiegt, um durch das Grejs Tal, die größte Schlucht Dänemarks, zu fließen, bis er die Stadt Vejle erreicht. Nördlich von Vejle teilt er sich in zwei Zweige, Omløbsåen und Mølleåen. Omløbsåen fließt westlich um das Stadtzentrum, um den Vejlefluss zu erreichen, während Mølleåen durch die Stadt fließt und etwas südlich des Stadtzentrums in den Vejlefluss mündet.
