Nizy-le-Comte ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 244 Einwohnern im Département Aisne in der Region Hauts-de-France; sie gehört zum Arrondissement Laon und zum Kanton Guignicourt.Die Gemeinde liegt 30 Kilometer östlich von Laon und 35 Kilometer nördlich von Reims an der Grenze zum Département Ardennes. Unmittelbar westlich von Nizy-le-Comte schließt sich der Truppenübungsplatz Camp de Sissonne an. Das östliche Gemeindegebiet wird vom Fluss Barres durchquert, der hier auch Ruisseau de Nizy genannt wird.
