Umgeben wird Caylus von den Nachbargemeinden Loze und Lacapelle-Livron im Norden, Parisot im Osten und Nordosten, Ginals im Osten und Südosten, Espinas und Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val im Süden, Lavaurette im Südwesten, Puylaroque im Westen sowie Mouillac im Nordwesten.
