Missy-sur-Aisne ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 627 Einwohnern im Département Aisne in der Region Hauts-de-France . Die Gemeinde gehört zum Arrondissement Soissons, zum Kanton Fère-en-Tardenois und zum Gemeindeverband Val de l’Aisne.Die Gemeinde mit den Ortsteilen Les Carreux, Les Cardots, Le Port und La Biza liegt rund 11,5 km östlich von Soissons an der Départementsstraße D925, die dem nördlichen Ufer der Aisne folgt. Das Gemeindegebiet liegt vollständig am rechten Ufer der Aisne. Eine Brücke stellt die Verbindung mit Sermoise her. Nachbargemeinden sind Chivres-Val im Norden, Condé-sur-Aisne im Osten, Sermoise und Venizel im Süden und Bucy-le-Long im Westen.
