Das Konservatorium von Vannes ist ein Departementskonservatorium mit regionaler Ausstrahlung, das in Vannes liegt und vom Staat kontrolliert wird. Es wurde 1908 von Lucien Laroche gegründet. Heute wird es von der Stadt Vannes, dem Generalrat des Morbihan und dem Regionalrat der Bretagne finanziert. Das Konservatorium bietet Studiengänge in Musik, alter Musik, traditioneller Musik, zeitgenössischer Musik sowie in Theater und bildender Kunst an. Es bietet auch Musik-, Theater- und Kunstworkshops für Kinder ab 5 Jahren an.
