Der Canal de Huningue ist ein 1828 fertiggestellter Schifffahrtskanal in der Region Grand Est, Frankreich.
Er war ursprünglich ein Verbindungskanal des Canal du Rhône au Rhin mit dem Rhein, der in Mülhausen abzweigte, nach Hüningen an den Rhein führte und neben der Schifffahrt auch der Wasserversorgung des Kanals diente.
