Die Goule von Foussoubie ist der Haupteingang eines Karstnetzes, das sich in den Gemeinden Vagnas, Labastide-de-Virac und Salavas in der Ardèche befindet. Das Netzwerk umfasst mehr als 23 km Gänge mit einem Höhenunterschied von 138 m. Der Eingang der Goule, der 1,5 km nordwestlich von Labastide-de-Virac liegt, absorbiert das Regenwasser aus einem etwa 5 km² großen Senkungsgebiet, das sich in den Gemeinden Vagnas, Labastide-de-Virac und Salavas befindet, und leitet es durch einen Schacht in die Ardèche, der 800 m flussaufwärts der Pont d'Arc gelegen ist, 3,4 km luftlinie vom Eingang entfernt.
