Diese professionellen Kunsthandwerker stellen ihre Werke das ganze Jahr über aus und verkaufen sie, wobei die Öffnungszeiten sehr breit gefächert sind. Sie organisieren auch künstlerische und kulturelle Veranstaltungen wie temporäre Ausstellungen und die Demonstration von Fertigkeiten, für die ein Teil der Werkstätten verlegt werden muss.
