Pau und die Agglomeration besitzen den einzigen Komplex in Frankreich, in dem alle 23 Spezialitäten des baskischen Pelota-Spiels gespielt werden können. Diese Einrichtung bietet auch ein Restaurant und Tagungsräume.
Der Pelota-Komplex (2006 eingeweiht) ist allein schon eine Reise in das Gebiet wert, das im Norden von Pau die Pferderennbahn, den Zénith und den Sportpalast umfasst. Er ist das einzige Gebäude in Frankreich, das einen einheitlichen Ort für die Ausübung der 23 baskischen Pelota-Sportarten bietet, von denen 14 auf internationaler Ebene anerkannt sind. Im Inneren des Komplexes: ein Trinquet, ein Jaï Alaï und eine Linksmauer, die mit Tribünen mit einer Kapazität von über 2000 Plätzen ausgestattet sind. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein Giebel mit freiem Platz. Der Pelota-Komplex ist seit 2012 auch für andere Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen zugelassen: Badminton, Fechten, Judo,
