Der Eldon Square Busbahnhof ist einer von zwei Busbahnhöfen, die das Stadtzentrum von Newcastle bedienen. Er gehört der Stadt Newcastle und wird von Nexus verwaltet. Der neue Busbahnhof mit Glasdach wurde neben dem alten Busbahnhof an einer ehemaligen Zufahrtsstraße gebaut und ist über das neue Einkaufszentrum zugänglich.
Er befindet sich im Haymarket-Bereich des Stadtzentrums, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Newcastle University und der Northumbria University. Er bietet eine Verbindung zu den Dienstleistungen vom Haymarket Busbahnhof und der Haymarket Metro Station. Er ist mit dem Eldon Square Shopping Centre verbunden, das den Busbahnhof mit der Northumberland Street und dem Monument-Bereich der Stadt verbindet.
