San Lanfranco ist eine romanische römisch-katholische Kirche und ehemalige Abtei, gelegen in der Via San Lanfranco Vescovo, 4/6, westlich des Stadtzentrums von Pavia, in der Region Lombardei, Italien.
In der Nähe befand sich eine paleochristliche Kirche an diesem Standort, die dem Heiligen Grab geweiht war, und die erste Dokumentation eines Klosters hier datiert auf 1090. Das Kloster wurde mit dem Vallumbrosanischen Orden assoziiert und beherbergte den Bischof Lanfranco Beccaria bis zu seinem Tod im Jahr 1198. Papst Alexander III. erhob Lanfranco im nächsten Jahr heilig. Diese Kirche, die seine Relikte beherbergte, wurde zu dieser Zeit umgebaut und wurde 1236 geweiht, wobei der Glockenturm auf 1237 datiert und die Fassade auf 1257. Der kleine Kreuzgang wurde 1476 von dem Architekten Giovanni Antonio Amadeo entworfen. Amadeo entwarf und schnitzte auch die Elemente der Arca di San Lanfranco, die als Grabdenkmal und Grabstätte für den Heiligen dient.
