Schwedisch-Livland war eine Provinz des schwedischen Reiches von 1629 bis 1721. Das Gebiet setzt sich aus dem südlichen Teil des modernen Estland und dem nördlichen Teil des heutigen Lettland zusammen.
Die Gebiete wurden als Teil des polnisch-litauischen Herzogtums Livland während des von 1600 bis 1629 andauernden polnisch-schwedischen Kriegs für Schweden erobert. Teile von Livland und der Stadt Riga waren seit 1621 unter schwedischer Kontrolle. Die schwedische Herrschaft wurde zuerst im Vertrag von Altmark 1629 anerkannt. Das Gebiet selbst wurde erst mit dem Vertrag von Oliva 1660 Bestandteil des Schwedischen Reiches. Der kleinere Teil der Woiwodschaft Wenden blieb im Besitz Polen-Litauens und wurde in Woiwodschaft Livland umbenannt. Umgangssprachlich wurde es Polnisch-Livland genannt. Dieser Teil entspricht heute der Region Lettgallen.
