Noorbeek ist ein kleines Dorf in der südlimburgischen Gemeinde Eijsden-Margraten und ist einer der südlichsten Orte der Niederlande. Das circa 1.110 Einwohner zählende Dorf mit geschütztem Dorfbild liegt auf eine „verborgene“ Weise im Nordtal der Noor, die im nahegelegenen Weiler Wesch entspringt. Der Name dieses Weilers entstand, weil an der Quelle in früheren Zeiten die Wäsche gewaschen wurde. Der alte öffentliche Waschplatz ist noch immer zu sehen.
