Kinepolis Enschede ist ein Kino in Enschede mit über 2700 Sitzen in 10 Sälen. Am 6. Juli 2000 wurde das Kino eröffnet und die ersten Vorstellungen wurden gezeigt. Der damalige Besitzer CineStar-Kino gab dem Kino den Namen CineStar. CineStar wurde von Wolff Bioscopen übernommen. Wolff Bioscopen wurde 2014 von Kinepolis übernommen. Seit 2016 wird Wolff CineStar in Kinepolis Enschede umbenannt. Das Theater verfügt über modernste Projektions- und Audiotechnik, wandfüllende Leinwände und mehr als genügend Beinfreiheit. Sie bieten auch 3D-Projektion über das RealD-System an und ein Saal ist mit einem Projektor mit 4K-Auflösung ausgestattet.
