Die Noordermolen ist eine Poldermühle an der Hoogegeest. Die Mühle wurde vermutlich 1589 zur Entwässerung des Groot-Limmerpolder gebaut, nachdem die Spanier 1573 während der Belagerung von Alkmaar im Achtzigjährigen Krieg den Vorgänger der Mühle zerstört hatten.
Die Mühle ist mit einer hölzernen Schnecke ausgestattet. Ursprünglich war es eine Binnenkruier, im 19. Jahrhundert wurde die Noordermolen zu einer Oberkruier umgebaut.
