Walim ['valim] ist ein Ort im Powiat Wałbrzyski der Woiwodschaft Niederschlesien in Polen. Es ist Sitz der gleichnamigen Landgemeinde mit 5392 Einwohnern und liegt zwölf Kilometer südöstlich von Wałbrzych .Walim liegt im Nordwesten des Eulengebirges an der Woiwodschaftsstraße 383, die von Jugowice über den Pass Przełęcz Walimska nach Dzierżoniów führt. Nachbarorte sind Kokrza im Norden, Michałkowa , Glinno und Toszowice im Nordosten, Modlęcin und Domachów im Osten, Siedlików und Rzeczka im Südosten, Grządki und Głuszyca im Südwesten, Jedlinka Górna im Westen sowie Dolki und Sędzimierz im Nordwesten. Südöstlich liegt der 1014 m hohe Berg Hohe Eule, die höchste Erhebung des Eulengebirges.
