Die Pennsylvania Station ist ein Durchgangsbahnhof im Westen des New Yorker Stadtbezirks Manhattan. Er wurde 1910 errichtet. Das historische Empfangsgebäude wurde 1963 abgerissen, das gegenwärtige 1968 fertiggestellt. Mit rund 600.000 Fahrgästen am Tag ist er einer der größten des Landes.
Die Eisenbahnstrecken der Pennsylvania Railroad führten bis zum Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts allesamt aus Richtung Westen nach Jersey City. Die PRR besaß somit keine direkte Verbindung nach Manhattan, da zwischen deren Endpunkt und Manhattan der Hudson River lag, den Reisende auf einer Fähre queren mussten.
